Who we are

Clearfold Invest runs this website from an office on High Street in Glasgow. This policy covers the website and the enquiry slip. It does not replace the terms you agree to when an account is opened, which are set out separately in the agreement.

What the forms collect

The enquiry slip and the contact form ask for your name, your work email address, what you are saving for, how you would like to invest and any message you add. We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or identity documents through the website.

Why we hold it

  • To reply to your question and continue the conversation you started
  • To keep a record of what was discussed and when
  • To meet our own record keeping duties

How long it stays

We keep enquiry records while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a question asked in March can be answered properly in June. When there is no longer a reason to keep a record, we delete it.

Who sees it

The team at Clearfold Invest sees it, along with the providers who help us run the website and our email. We do not sell enquiry details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we have no duty to keep it. Write to hello@clearfoldinvest.co.uk and say what you need.
