Who provides the service
The agreement names the provider that holds and administers the investments, and our team confirms the details with you before you sign up. Clearfold Invest runs the platform, the dashboard and the client relationship. Ask us for the provider name at any point.

Fees, rates and settlement
Fees, rates, dealing charges and the way money reaches your bank account are set out in the agreement. We show examples on request before anything starts. Nothing on this site is a quote.

What you are responsible for
You keep your own records, make your own investment decisions unless an adviser is appointed, and read the agreement before you pay in. Check the holdings that arrive and tell us early if something looks wrong.

The drawings and examples on this site are illustrations, not products, quotes or offers. Prices and values move, and past movement tells you nothing certain about what happens next.

Eligibility
Eligibility to open an account is confirmed by the provider, and not every product is available to everyone. We go through the checks with you rather than leaving you to work them out alone.

If something has gone wrong, write to the email address in the footer and say what happened. We will set out the next step, including who else can look at the complaint where the agreement provides for it.
