Pricing
How our pricing is put together
Costs come in two parts: a platform charge and the charges on the funds you hold. Transparent fees matter here, so every figure is available on request and confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Common questions
What does it cost to hold a portfolio?
Fees, rates and terms are confirmed in writing before you start, and you can ask for worked examples at any point.
Can I move an existing portfolio across?
Often, yes. Our team checks the holdings with the provider and sets out the steps in writing before any transfer begins.
Who looks after the money itself?
The agreement names the provider that holds and administers the investments, and the team confirms this with you before you sign up.
What happens if I need to sell?
You can sell part of the portfolio from the dashboard, and the note before you confirm explains the effect on the mix and on charges.
Do you give personal financial advice?
No. We build and track portfolios and explain the terms plainly, and personal recommendations are left to an independent adviser.
Good portfolios start with a question
Tell us what you are saving for, how you would like to invest and where you are up to. A person replies by email. Nothing is opened, signed or charged through the form.
